Purchase your services in advance to save big with your favorite stylist. More Services = More Savings

The Alter Ego Style pass allows you to purchase 6 or 9 services in advance and receive free services as a perk. Haircuts and Blow drys are available with the stylist or experience level of your choosing. Payment plans are available in person or over the phone. To sign up is easy, just follow these steps:

  • Fill out and sign the contract

  • We will contact you via the method of your choosing

  • Select your pass (6 services or 9 services/ haircuts or blowouts)

  • Pay in full at signing and receive 10% off retail purchases in store or online & receive a free Alter Ego t-shirt

  • Select your stylist (choose your level!)

    • Inspired: 1-2

    • Advanced 3-4

    • Expert: 5-6

  • Book your appointment

  • Look fabulous


Will my services ever expire?

  • The services are tied to your profile with us and will never expire! You can use them as often as you’d like.

How does the payment plan work?

  • Alter Ego Style House offers a 30 day or 60 day payment plan. The initial card used to make the first payment is stored in our system and charged at these intervals. You may make additional appointments before these intervals. If payment is not paid in full, the total of the remaining payment will be charged upon the completion of the last service.

Can I transfer my service to someone else?

  • A series once purchased is tied to your account and we are unable to transfer any remaining or unused service. You can purchase a series for someone else as a gift by calling us at 919-832-6239. If purchasing as a gift the series will need to be paid in full.

What if my stylist is unavailable?

  • In the event that the stylist is not available to perform the service, you may select another stylist at the same or lower level. Refunds will not be given if selecting a lower level.

What if I miss my appointment?

  • In the event that you miss your appointment with no notification given, you will forfeit the use of a blow dry and no refunds will be given. We understand that things happen, so just give us a call!

How do I know what level my stylist is?

  • Our front desk coordinators are happy to help you choose which level you’ll need to ensure you get the stylist you want. Just give us a call at 919-832-6239 or select your preferred stylist on the contract and we can help
