How does it work?

Submit your application below for the role that interests you. If accepted, you will own the vision and execution for the duties associated with this role for 6 months. During the 6 month term, we will communicate via Sling and remote video meetings once every 2 weeks. Every 6 months, we will reopen applications to the whole team.

Associate coach

share what you’ve learned.

 In this role you’ll be paired with an associate and will help them make their way through the curriculum, shadowing virtual consultations and in-salon opportunity days.  Coaches will convene once every 2 weeks to discuss progress and share questions/concerns.

What you need: patience and a willingness to donate your time to serve another.

What you will get: pride, and 1% additional commission

Educator

Share what you’ve learned to help others grow. Help ensure we share a diversity of skills and help build the foundation for the future of our salon and industry.

What you need: passion, excitement, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone

What you will get: $100 per class

TEAM BUILDER

YOU MAKE THE FUN.

Help us make sure birthdays and anniversaries are always celebrated. Schedule fun team building events (socially distanced of course!) Scavenger hunt at home anyone? Recognize achievements. Plan charity work. Make everyone feel a part of something bigger.

What you need: Enthusiasm, commitment, and creativity.

What you will get: thank yous, and 1% additional commission, or 25c more per hour
