SAFE IN OUR SALON

In the POST COVID-19 environment, our policies and look may change, but our passion for our clients will never change.  We know that personal care is more than vanity.  It's mental health.  It's loving yourself first, so that your love for others can overflow.  We're here for that.  But we need to keep our beloved community and our own families safe, so we have a few new policies we need to make you aware of:

  1. If you travel outside the state or on an airplane, we ask that you wait 14 days before coming into the salon.

  2. Masks are required in the salon at all times.  If you do not have your own, we can provide one for $4.00. This charge will be added to your invoice.

  3. Upon arrival, we ask that you wait in your car until we text you.  In order to safely limit the number of people inside the salon, we will be closing our guest waiting area.

  4. Each person’s temperature will be taken before entering the building.

  5. No additional guests are allowed to accompany you in the salon.

  6. Since we will all be wearing masks in the salon, no food or beverage will be allowed.

  7. To avoid check-out lines, we are asking all guests to prepay for their services and our remote customer service team will adjust your invoice after you leave the salon.

  8. Please remember to practice social distancing and keep 6 feet between you and other guests.

We'll be implementing lots of other changes in the salon to keep you safe, but we'll need your agreement to abide by these policies in order to hold your appointment.
