March/April First Friday Showcase: Susan Peters "Journeys"

On Friday, March 6th, we invite you to join us from 6pm-9pm to showcase Susan Peters collection "Journeys"

”In art, oftentimes akin to life, we succeed and fail. Every experience, whether failure or success is part of who we are and important. I find portraying these successes, as well as the failures, through my art to be liberating and part of the human experience. “ Peters Says

"I find myself truly happy when I am creating. I have always been creating something - from the early years of finger-painting on rocks in the creek bed behind my grandmother’s house to present day with acrylic and canvas.”

“[I move from] one medium to another to keep my mind engaged and my creative ideas flowing. Currently, my media of choice are acrylic, resin, encaustic, and alcohol ink. I enjoy using these media alone as well as together to create unique pieces of art."
